Started the day kinda early cos today is Teachers' Day!! Haha.. Didnt celebrate Teachers' Day for 2 years.. Azack, Red and I decided to go back to PJC after 3 years!! Its the 1st time for me and Azack.. The new venue is now located at Teck Whye Lane, and it id damn huuuggee!! Back then, we were stuck in the small ex-French German Institute! But im kinda thankful that the old building was at Jurong East cos it really near to my house, so usually leave home 15mins before assembly... on the other hand, too bad for us cos we dun get to enjoy the new facilites..

So we met up with Cikgu and chatted for awhile, keeping each other updated abt the pple ard us.. hehe... it was kinda interesting cos we got to relive the moments during our jc years.. Of course lah, we are the pioneers of pioneers.. We got started on the topic concerning guys and marriage.. I could tell that Cikgu really adores her husband from the way she talked abt him.. Even though he is off lower education than her, they are a living proof that even though the couple maybe of different educations level, they could still overlook it and build the marriage and family on the basis of love for each other.. Educations and qualifications may not guarantee u happiness, cos for all u know the so called genius you are married to may be an idiot when it comes to loving you..I used to think that having a bf of an equal intellect, qualifications is very important cos that would guarantee your future but after thinking deeply, i think what is equally important is to find someone whom u can connect emotionally and spiritually with.. I do not deny the importance of having a good solid education but it would be an added bonus if the guy is emotinally intelligent too..

Sometimes i just dun get it with guys, if a girl is a graduate, they automatically assume that u r very bossy, opinionated, high-maintanence.. I just dun get it!! We dun even feel that way!! All women need is to be understood and cared for! It is their own presumptuous notions that we are looking down at them just cos they have a diploma or anything lesser than a degree.. It is their own so-called manly ego that is actually suffering the blows!! Where are those men who find that a lady with a brain that actually work is actually very sexy??? Cos all im seeing is guys who only fantasizes, drools, oogles over girls who has an hour glass figure and spilling cleavage.. Im not saying all men but most of them do! In my 21 years of living, i have not come across any guy who says, "Wow! Her intellect amazes me! I wanna get to know her better." NEVER!! All im hearing is, "Oh my God!! Look at her ass, her body, i would love to get some of that!" I guess those guys who knows how to appreciate true beauty has come to the point of extinction!!
