I AM IN LOVE WITH THE BACKSTREET BOYS MORE THAN EVER!!!

I cant stop smiling since the time i got up from bed. I had a difficult time sleeping cos their songs are so fresh in my head, i was singing inside my heart and my head while i was lying down and i woke up at 7.30am feeling so surreal that last night actually took place.. I actually saw my most favourite band live, the 1st band that made me fall head over heels 10 year ago.. Many would not understand why am i so crazy over them, well, let me tell u, once you go Backstreet, you never turn back.. hahah.. And now, i still have that goofy smile plastered on my face with a dreamy expression re-living every moment that happened last night.

Met up with Azack at Clementi at 6pm due to some delay in getting some materials in making the posters.. My cousin came along too but she started off with a bad mood cos she was having diarrhea. Along the way, we saw teenagers, those who are our age and even older making their way to the Indoor Stadium. I kept telling my cousin, why were they all there, why couldnt it be just the 3 of us.. Why???!!! We had a great start to our journey to the Indoor Stadium due to such a sweet bus driver.. He was like making an announcement to the passengers not to alight at this particular bus stop cos it would be a long way to walk but instead to stop at the bus stop after it.. Those who have already alighted were actually allowed back into the bus just for that one bus stop.. Uncle, you are the best!!!

When we were crossing the road, we could already see a huge crowd forming outside the stadium and there were screaming going on.. The 1st thing we did when we got there was to check out the mechandise, but unfortunately, there were only have T-shirt, cds and posters.. Azack and I ended up buying the T-shirt and there was this ang-moh guy laffing heartily behind us over a remark that Azack made.. We sat outside the stadium to devise a plan to get our camera inside the stadium without getting caught and we decided that we would put in my socks since im wearing a baggy pant and there is no way they would know that there is sthg beneath it. When we got that settled, i quickly took out my vanguard sheet and started writing "I LOVE B-ROK" on it, i was so engrossed doing it that i didnt realise that there was a camera in front of my face.. When i looked up, the camera-woman told me to continue and show it to her when im done.. Since Azack' sisters were such a darling in making us a placards that says "We've waited 10yrs for BSB," we showed it to the camera-woman instead.. She was telling us to smile widely and jiggle it while she shot it.. Our 5 secs of fame but we have no idea which media was she from.. Hmmm...

On our way into the stadium there were security check and i could see from outside that they were using the hand-held scanner thingy and running it thru our body.. So we decided to abort the plan and just shoved it inside Azack's bag.. Guess what? After all those stupid plans that we came up with, camera were actually allowed inside and were not confiscated..

So we came in and we sat down, from the moment i sat down, i could not stop shaking my leg.. I kept looking at my watch wishing for every minute to pass faster so that i could see my beloved Brian.. Amongst our excitement and anxiety, we overheard a grp of girls behind us saying that Ari Wibowo is in the stadium.. We tried to play it cool and were quietly scanning the stadium's seat but when we could not spot him, we decided to ask the girls.. And there he was seated the top with a lady and a small crowd was already forming around him asking for his autograph and pic.. I could see his pink lips from far and he was sooooo cute!!! And he sure do have a great taste in music!! We wanted to go up there but too bad, there were barricades erected in between.. Since there wasnt any opening act, i shall take it that Ari Wibowo was the opening act.. hehe..

So we waited and waited and my watch was already 8pm but there were still no signs of the BSB and people were still making their way in.. My legs kept shaking non-stop, and my watch showed 8.30pm and the lights went out.. We saw fans from behind rushed in front, Azack grabbed my hand and i then grabbed my cousin's, we rushed in front to join the crowd.. AAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!! AND THE SHOW BEGUN!!!!!!!!

It is actually giving my goosebumps re-living those moments right now.. They started off with The Call and everyone just went hysterical!!!!! After the song ended, we were told by the ushers to go back to out seats but we stay rooted and those who actually went back, well its their lost.. The 3 of us managed to squeeze thru and were the 3rd layer of pple crowding in front of the stage.. They were so close!!! Everyone knew every lyrics and songs, we could hear the crowds singing along with them and screaming hysterically.. They still have the magic!!

Whenever Brian was in front of us, i would hold out my placards just so that he would see me.. And thank goodness, amongst the crowd, it were only me and Azack holding up our declarations of love.. When they were doing a slow number, Brian was standing in front of us and that was when he saw my sign!!! He looked at it, smiled at me for abt 5sec and waved!!! I WAS IN CLOUD NINE!!! For that mere but precious 5sec, it felt like as though i was the only crazy screaming fans in the stadium.. Azack saw it too!! She can totally vouch for me!! She turned to me and said "I think he saw you!" YES!!!! HE DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was so surreal!!! The whole experience was just like a dream, sitting here right now re-living every details that happened last night was just like a dream.. If you ask me to tell u in sequence what were the songs the boys did, i would say that i dun remember!! The only thing i remembered was that, no matter what song they were singing, i was just singing along... Savouring everything that was happening with all my senses.. sssiiiggghhhh... if only it could last longer, the time passed so fast even though it was 1hr50mins...

Nick and Brian were very playful with each other.. Whenever Brian stood in front, Nick would pushed him to the back and Brian would stepped forward again and pushed him back.. And there was one time, Howie stood beside them pointed his finger and shook his head.. SOOOOOO CCCUUTTTEEE!!!!!!!! All the guys looked GORGEOUS last night!!! Howie is soooooo good-looking in person!!! Kevin too!! I could see Kevin's eye colour from where were standing, yup! we were that close.. Howie was like looking really intense cos he looked at the crowd in front whenever he sang and he would top it up with his trademark wink... heart-melting!! Oh ya, he actually got off the stage and shook hand with the crowds.. and he could not stop shaing his head in disbeliefment that we are still crazy abt them.. AJ put on eyeliner and had his nails painted black and he had his hair done in a mohawk style with the colour red to dye the standing mohawk part.. Nick's face were red whenever he belted his heart out to sing.. hahah.. This reminded me of one occasion in the concert, before they started singing I Just Want You To Know, he wanted us to be more rockish and wanted to pysche us up.. He wanted to play the guitar to the chorus of Teen Spirit by Nirvana while we sing it, so he asked us to sing the chorus for him to listeb.. hehe.. too bad, most of the crowds didnt know it and so he said, "Oh well, its ok!!" Hahahah.. so funny.. And my sweetie, Brian, he was such a darling.. he was always goofing ard with Nick or have these funny faces when he wasnt singing..

It was worth every penny, every sweat, every screamings and definitely the wait!!! I could not be happier that night!! I wish it never ends!!! And no one can take those 1hr50mins away from me.. I am feeling invincible from those 1hr50mins.. So no one or nothing can rain on my parade for the next coming months!! And if u still see a goofy smile on my face, you know why..
