Had a great time yesterday at NUS cos we won!! Hehe...

Intially we decided not to participate cos there werent enuff pple but when Cik Siti told us that she can loan us 3 of her players, we decided to go ahead with it.. And it did result in a favourable outcome..

We were pretty nervous to start with cos we were the 1st team to play for the day.. so we lost the 1st match and the 2nd one too... but won the last match, 13-1.. so we thought that it wld be end of us, just like last year but this year they had a new way in organising the team standings.. Since we got 3rd place in our group standing, we were placed under category B with other 3rd and 4th placing teams from out groupings..

Since there were still a chance to for us to win, we played our hearts put for the remaining 3 games.. we were pretty lucky too cos we had a walk-over cos one of the teams had gone home.. So were won all the remaining games and came 1st place under category B! Yayy!! We felt pretty great cos it was a vast improvement from last year when we were knocked off in the qualifying round..

The other team also cames 1st under Category A, so it was a double celebration for us.. They name their team Sembarang.. So it was quite funny when we cheered "C'mon Sembarang!" Hhahah...

So now, we are setting out sights on the netball match organise the Darussalam Mosque.. since we never entered a netball match before, so looking forward on how we would be faring.. so azza, game for it?
