Hmmm... one of the rare days when i am online on weekdays, mostly cos i am off tmr therefore can afford to sleep a lil later. Made plans for tmr with mummy, going to Tekka and Geylang to eat briyani and get new tudungs.

I am planning to be online more often to blog abt my daily happenings cos maybe, when i am able to get things off my chest, i do not feel so numb.

Had a really nice first customer of the day for today, a sweet and nice Burmese guy. Initially, i tot he would give me lotsa probs due to communication barrier but to my surprise, he was able to converse in English pretty well. The fact that he was pleasing to the eye also helped alot.. heee. While waiting for the policy to be printed out, we exchanged small talks. He came here to work for few years, then he continued his studies at RP and now, he is doing a part-time degree at SIC. He was really chatty and was also asking me questions. Why cant all customers be like that??? Be nice, patient and considerate and everything will flow smoothly.

Sometimes, when we served a customer or agent who was really pleasant, it does make u feel good cos at least someone appreaciated your help. I know my patient are thining when it comes to dealing with agents. They demand everything to be quick but how in the world wld that be possible if the documents they submitted are not complete. Sometimes, you just feel like strangling them!

Ok... happy thoughts!!! Must focus energy on happy thoughts! I think i have mentioned this before, but what the heck, I LOVE TYSON RITTER! I LOVE THEIR SONG "IT ENDS TONIGHT!" And i most definitely cant wait to do a whole lotsa shopping!
