Irritated to the MAX!
Just finished watching one of the OTH episodes and i have to say that its getting darker and twisted.. and i like it! Hahah.. so sick of me, but at least there is some suspense there and i have to say that i hate Daneel Haris's character! Hate, hate, hate her!
Anyways, i have a lot to bitch abt today! First, today was such a super busy day at work, the queue stayed stationary at 33 and even though it was closing time, there were still customers waiting to be served and some even tried to plead their way in. So tired and irritated!! And i was kinda pissed with this malay guy and his daugther. His daugther was pretty ok but the dad was talking in a condesending manner to me! I didnt even looked at him when explaining abt the loan! I think some of the customers assume that just because we are the frontline customers and have to take shit from them, that does not mean that we are of a lower education. There was once a customer asked me whether i just graduated from ITE. I have no issues abt ITE education as they are doing well as well, but hello!!! Just cos we are Customer Service Executive or Officer, that does not mean that we are of lower education. I can safely say that half to three quarter working as frontline customer service in Income are degree holders and some are even pursuing their masters. They are bloody shallow minded to think that only ITE graduates are working as frontline customer service. Irritating!!! I could not even be bothered to speak to him in Malay, so blardy irritating, in end, simple explanation given could not even be understood and his daugther had to explain to him in Malay slowly. Irritating!!!
To make things worse, the buckle to my shoes which is barely a week old came off when i hit my feet at the side drawer. So irritating!!!! Attempted to stick it back with the double sided tape but it did not manage to stick. Ended up buying another pair of sandals at Jurond Pt. Money again! Three pairs of shoes in less than 2 weeks!
Then served the last customer of the day, i wasnt even suppose to serve him! Later one if my colleague told me that at 3.30pm, he tried to force his way. Irritating!! Wanna surrender ILP lah, switch fund lah! Then the funds that he wanted to switch was temporary frozen, then must ask my supervisor, which further delay the transaction. Uuuurggghhh!! And he kept leaning on the table to take a look at the screen, i hate that when it happens!
While waiting for Fiq at JP, was just walking ard aimlessly when suddenly this stupid guy just rushed passed me! Didnt he have a blardy mouth to say a simple "Excuse me." So irritating!!!!
And the highlight of the day has got to be waiting for nearly an hr for a freaking bus 30. Nearly an hour!!!! Can u believe it?! I just could not take it anymore and decided to approach the Passenger Service Centre to enquire abt the bus and apparently, there was a long traffic jam at Vivo City, therefore the buses cld not reach JP. Irritating!!! There was another guy who was shouting at the officers. Luckily Fiq was there, made fun abt lotsa things and abt lotsa pple. Too bad we didnt see anyone flipped out cos that would have been more fun.
And tmr, i hope it would be a fun day with none irritated situation occuring. Or else, i wld really flipped out! Flip backwards, front-wards, side-wards and whatever wards there is!
